Bistaar: Chittagong Arts Complex (Bengali: বিস্তার: চিটাগং আর্টস কমপ্লেক্স), aka BCAC, is a self-sustained, multidisciplinary and multifaceted arts facility based in port city of Chittagong in Bangladesh.
